How do I pay?
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only.
We accept Visa credit and MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa debt cards (e.g. Switch).
All online card processing is via Sage Pay Secure Card Processing.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. Always look for the "padlock" sign before entering any card details. Never email credit card / bank details to anyone. You will see the "padlock" when you are transferred to Sage Pay card processing website.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure, also know as 'MasterCard SecureCode' and 'Verified by Visa' is the new internet security feature for Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. Basically it is an extra security level designed to eliminate fraud on the net. With 3D Secure enabled on your card even if someone get hold of your card and address details they won't be able to use your card online, without knowing your extra security question.

What do I have to do to use 3D Secure?
Simply contact your card provider (phone or online) and ask them to enable 3D Secure. It will only take a few minutes, but well worth the peace of mind that your cards will now be even safer.

When will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order right away. We aim to send your order the following working day, but certainly within 2 to 3 business days. If there is any delay we will contact you and let you know. All items are shipped by Royal Mail or courier service.

What happens if I'm not in when you try to deliver?
The delivery drive l will leave a "while you were out" postcard and hold the package at you local post office or contact the couriers.
If you have any special instructions i.e. leave with a neighbour" there is a section on the check out page for these. If you know you aren't going to be in on a particular day please mention this too e.g. "not in Tues but in Wed". We will try are best to meet your delivery needs.
